These Terms and Conditions and Returns Policy apply to all contracts entered into between Garbmann Ltd trading as AnyWear (“AnyWear”) and its customers for the purchase of print and embroidery clothing via any-wear.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Ordering and Contract Formation
- By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. A contract is formed upon receipt of our order confirmation email.
- Orders requiring print or embroidery, are agreed in writing between you and AnyWear.
- Prices are in GBP, inclusive of VAT where applicable, and exclude delivery costs unless stated. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.
3. Payment
- Payment is due at the time of order placement via major credit cards, PayPal, Stripe, or BACS.
- If payment is not received by the last day of the month following delivery, interest shall accrue at 8% per annum from the invoice date.
- Title in the goods remains with AnyWear until full payment (cleared funds) is received for the entire order.
4. Customisation and Artwork Approval
- All new orders requiring print or embroidery must have a visual proof approved by the customer, sent to your provided email address. This proof will be used for production and quality control.
- Repeat orders will use previously approved artwork unless changes are requested in writing.
- Requests to change designs or artwork must be submitted in writing. We will endeavour to accommodate changes but reserve the right to charge additional costs, notified at the time of the request.
- Changes may delay the delivery timeframe. Production will not commence until the revised artwork is approved.
5. Delivery
- Goods are delivered to the customer’s specified address using our next-day delivery service, available to the UK.
- We aim to deliver the next working day after dispatch, but no responsibility is accepted for late or non-delivery.
- Shortages, damages, or non-delivery must be reported by telephone (01799 786003) within 48 hours and confirmed in writing to enquiries@any-wear.co.uk within 3 working days of dispatch.
- Claims must include the courier’s proof of delivery (POD) and a delivery note signed as “unchecked,” “short,” or “damaged” as appropriate.
- No responsibility is accepted for items damaged or lost when left at customer-specified locations (e.g., “behind bin”).
- Damaged parcels must be checked in the presence of the courier and signed for accordingly.
6. Returns Policy
- Non-Customized Returns: Non-customised items may be returned within 28 days of delivery if in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and suitable for resale with all tags intact. We will cover return shipping costs for exchanges or refunds if the return is due to our error or faulty goods.
- Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for:
- Goods with embroidery or printing.

- Goods assembled or customised per your requirements.
- Returns may take up to 15 working days to process.
- Non-compliant returns may be sent back to you at your expense or incur a re-packaging fee.
- We reserve the right to repair or replace faulty goods before offering a refund, at our discretion.
- Unwanted goods will be collected within 5 days of a return request.
- This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Consumer Rights
- Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel orders for non-customised goods, except for personalised (printed or embroidered) items, which are exempt.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
8. Product Specifications and VAT
- Colours displayed on the website may not exactly match the actual garments. Check our sizing guide for accurate measurements.
- Safety-rated workwear (e.g., high-visibility clothing, safety footwear) complies with standards as stated in product descriptions (e.g., EN ISO 20471).
- Products marked “No VAT” (e.g., safety footwear for individual use, subject to safety rating) may require VAT for employee purchases. You must inform us if the purchase is for employees; otherwise, individual use is presumed.
- We reserve the right to refuse orders containing:
- Offensive words, slogans, graphics, or icons.

9. Intellectual Property
- All website content, including designs, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Garbmann Ltd T/A AnyWear and protected by copyright law.

- Goods are provided “AS IS” with no warranties beyond statutory rights.
- We are not liable for losses arising from your use of our website or products, except as required by law.
- Our liability for faulty goods is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

12. Discount Codes
